Makeup Tips

When it comes to makeup, less is more. Makeup is a tool to enhance your beauty. You should pick one focal point on your face. This normally can be your eyes or your mouth.

Foundation: Foundation should be the same color as your skin.

Correct & Conceal: Whether during day or night, it should be one shade lighter than the foundation.

Fake Perfect Skin:

1. Apply primer over your entire face. Primer seals in your moisture and natural oils to give your makeup more blend ability and an even finish.

2. Apply concealer for blemishes and dark circles. Use a flat, stiff brush in short back-and-forth strokes, use your finger to bolt the concealer in. The heat and pressure from your finger will give you the best results.

3. Skip foundation and instead go for a heavier powder. Apply it over your entire face. (except under your eyes, where it can become cakey)

Plump Up Your Lips:

Things You Will Need

Lip Balm, Lip liner, Lipstick and lip gloss

*Apply a lip balm. Then, if you want your lips to appear more pouty, use a lip liner, (the same color as your lips) to accentuate your cupid's bow.

*Avoid taking the lip liner into the corners or making a definite line. Smudge out the liner afterwords for a more natural effect.

*Blot on your lipstick with a lip brush, (starting at the center and pushing outward) Using a shade that has a slight iridescence and letting up to the crest of the lip can give the illusion of a fuller mouth. This requires a very light touch.

* To finish use a light gloss, just in the center of your lip.
